To the befuddlement of all, this unaired episode appeared on the Get Smart fourth season dvds with absolutely no explanation whatsoever. All the actors supposedly involved claim there was never any such episode made and attempts to find the actress (Susan Foreman), who is credited as playing the title character, have so far failed.
The episode opens with Max walking by a blue police call box. He is dragged inside by a black-haired Australian woman who introduces herself as the Doctor and informs him that KAOS has been infiltrated by the crime family Slitheen, and she needs his help preventing them from using KAOS to blow up the world.
The Doctor and Max track down the Slitheen family’s headquarters using Max’s shoe phone modified with the Doctor’s sonic screwdriver, and Max is sent in to get the scope of the place. He bumbles his way through the building for about twenty seconds before being captured.
He is next seen in a dimly lit room where the family Slitheen is discussing their plans for world exploitation. The Doctor enters, munching on fish and chips, and exchanges banter with Max and the Slitheen before using the chips, apparently actually a localized explosive, to blow up the Slitheen and free Max.
The episode is also noted for the Doctor’s use of one of Max’s catchphrases: “…This building is surrounded by a regiment of deadly Raston Warrior Robots! …Would you believe six Judoon on their coffee break? ...One angry Flubble?”
