D'you know, I just realised I'm turning 1,601 on the 30th of this month, unless I get sidetracked in the 42nd century again which means it might be the 31st of this month as of that calender change in the 32nd century (or was it the 33rd?), none of which is relevant unless you're calculating in base Pi (and I wouldn't suggest cherry, it can be something of a bugger), but what I'm saying is-

Oh, yes! My birthday! Of course, it's really not, but it's the date the TARDIS picked last year, and I was just thinking, really, that if anyone was stuck for something to get me, they could get me a puppy beagle, so I could name it Shoeshine.

P.S. I also happened to notice I've got a few friends I haven't actually talked to, which is especially sad when you consider at least one of them is me. More or less. So! Hello, there, those of you I don't properly know yet (and those I do, shouldn't leave anyone out, that'd be rude)! Care for a jelly baby?

I have got tired of dragging humans around the galaxy. Maintenance, rescues, and emotional uproar have finally taken their toll on me.

So I've decided to get a new, non-human Companion. He's soft and fuzzy, doesn't talk back and isn't cheeky, won't wander off, and very cuddleable!
