What we need now, what we really need, is a manip of the Master in Joker make-up going WHY SO SERIOUS?

I might even do it myself, once I'm on properly instead of dancing around the room to "Bad Romance" while I sort laundry and put nice clean sheets on my bed.

BUT SERIOUSLY YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW GLAD I AM RIGHT NOW THAT ELEVEN IS OFFICIALLY AU.

....I feel this is necessary. Particularly since, were Heath Ledger alive and filming The Dark Knight, he would have prompt turned into Simm. It thus must happen.

This is incredibly necessary. In fact, I feel that the whole of time may unravel if I don't. :o

oh god what even was that. All through this episode, I was all WHAT. THE. FUCK. Except for the bits with Wilfred who rocks beyond all belief, and the parts where I just plain cracked up. Also: THE RETURN OF CRISPY!MASTER.

...Ironically, my stomach is grumbling now. I CAN SEE THE MASTER'S FAAAAAACE!

And then the crazy Time Lords would get mad at you! Or... they apparently wouldn't. Because they love that sort of thing.

It is a very very good Doctor/Master song. Maybe Lady Gaga is the Master! ---actually, technically, yes, she just became him.

I laughed straight through this episode, except when I paused to shout about how TIME LORDS were there. Clearly, this is Crispy!Master and Survival!Master ganging up to say, "See how embarrassing it was to be us? Now we'll make it even more embarrassing to be you!"

You should now be able to shoot lasers from your hands.

APPARENTLY. After all those years of yelling about non-interference, now they're all OH YEAH BITCH WE BAD.

Oh Survival!Master. Clearly this is latent cat ability, because, as everyone knows, cats shoot lasers FROM THEIR HANDS.

Maybe they re-elected Morbius. Again. Which is an odd decision to make, as apparently they've decided to let the Sisterhood back on planet after remodelling the place.

This apparently works for the Master as well. But magical bottles can work to defeat him.

(Of course she is! She is the Rani. It is her second job. The first is Being Awesome.)

I thought the scene with Wilf and the Doctor in the cafe was beautiful. Easily my favourite scene since they bought the show back. The rest of it was trying too hard to be epic, save for the odd moment or two.

-fffff I just involuntarily cast Simm!Master as Jeannie and Ten as the Major. IDEK why, but now the image won't let me go.

(I love that woman. Stop dragging the Master through the dirt and bring the Rani back, Beeb! ...But after Rusty leaves for god's sake.)

oh god how much do I love Wilf. So much. He and his crew were easily the best thing about that episode.

And the Master made me wtf every time he was on screen, without fail. AND SERIOUSLY. HE WAS WEARING A DOG COLLAR WHAT EVEn.

Bernard Cribbins is really a very good actor. Why hasn't he had a knighthood yet? *starts campaigning*

I quite liked the Master, but then I expected to. I very much liked the scene with him and the Doctor when he made him hear the drums. Before he flew off, that is.

That actually was kind of interesting. I was hoping for more of reason than the Time Lords, though I suppose there could be more on the way. (If this is all somehow the Black Guardian's doing, then I think I'll find it in my heart to forgive quite a lot.)
