Also, Weasley Wizardly Wheezes does a roaring trade in fake wands, although mostly people use them to play pranks on other people, so I see where you're coming from with the whole creatures not wanting fake wands thing! But, right, you could take it and swap it for a Dalek gun and then they'd try to go EX-TERM-IN-ATE, EX-TERM-IN-ATE and instead they'd just be going CHICK-CHICK-CHICK-CHICK-CHICKEN!
