Even pregnant, Sarah's favorite ice cream flavour still remains chocolate. But today she doesn't have an ice cream clone.

In fact, she doesn't even recognize the Doctor as she sits down on a bench next to the woman and sighs.

Five months in, and Sarah's already sick of this. At the very least, it's a nice day in Cardiff?
